Gameplay is in 4K but the YouTube video is in 1080p.Crysis graphics mod 1MB. I also made a video of a playthrough of the entire Alien Ship. I fixed Crysis by pasting the bin64 folder into the Crysis folder and then followed the same instructions for Warhead. After following this guide, I managed to play through Crysis to the end and so far Crysis Warhead has not crashed once. Well I finally came across a tip that seems to have actually worked. Honestly the only other thing that comes to mind is to try and run it in windows 7 comparability mode. Cheers for the fixes though as it did get the game working. Any tips appreciated as I'm on the verge of uninstalling Crashfest and Crashfest Warhead. I played Crysis (or tried) which was the same crashfest. Both fixes work to get the game running but neither fix has helped the random and very frequent crashes to desktop. Back in the days Securom had no 64-bit version, so the crysis64.exe file is a completely DRM-free file, while crysis.exe is a 32-bit launcher infested with Securom. If it crashes though, you can go to the modified bin64 folder which is now bin32, remove crysis.exe, and then rename crysis64.exe to crysis.exe. Which may or may not be what it looks like. And then you either pay for the game twice, or have to use a pirated version, once again. If you don't trust filed from the download, you can install GOG version of the game to a diferent location and then copy the bin32 and 54 files to steam folder. Then I did the changes listed in the guide and the game worked without any problems. I did exactly what you sugested and the game always crashes. Unlike Crysis, Warhead does ship with the 64-bit files, only they aren't being used by Steam. That's all you need, the official files will work fine. Simply go to the install directory, remove/rename bin32 and then rename bin64 to bin32.
