Legend of Korra was a sequel series to Nickelodeon’s wildly popular Avatar: The Last Airbender, and it ran for four seasons before it was quietly canceled ahead of season 5. The first run of the well-received animated series titled Air has 12 entries, while the second iteration, called Spirits, contains 14 chapters. The official episode count for The Legend of Korra season 5 has not been established, and if it does not get renewed, it may never surface. Will there be a season 5 Legend of Korra?
Korra’s final season didn’t even get to air on TV - halfway through season three, just when many fans believed the show was at its creative peak, Nickelodeon pulled it from its TV schedule, citing declining ratings.
